Enable Displaying Workflow Tasks on Forms

After enabling, the associated workflow pending tasks will be displayed on the form page. For forms driven by workflows, it is recommended to enable this option.

The list view in the workflow module only displays pending task information (task name, start time, end time, responsible person, etc.), which is sufficient for some task circulation applications. However, for complex business scenarios like ERP, the information displayed in the pending task list is too limited because it lacks associated business attributes, making filtering and sorting impossible.

After enabling "Display Workflow Tasks on Forms", the workflow task operation interface associated with this record will be displayed in the form opened on the data table page.

Delete Associated Workflow Instances When Deleting Data Table Records

After enabling, if a data table record is deleted, the system will automatically delete the workflow tasks and workflow instances associated with this record.
