User Management

Overview

User Management enables administrators to edit accounts, remove users from teams, modify usernames, reset passwords, reset login error counts, and more.

Edit Account

Administrators can modify the following account information:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Third-party ID
  • Notes
  • Is administrator
  • Is valid
  • Force password change

Remove from Team

Administrators can remove users from the teams they have joined.

Modify Username

Administrators can modify a user's username.

Reset Password

Administrators can reset a user's password.

Reset Login Error Count

By default, if a user enters an incorrect password more than 10 times, they are not allowed to log in to the platform for the day. In this case, administrators can reset the login error count.
