Team Management

The system supports creating multiple teams. Teams are business-isolated at the data level, and each team has its own members and organizational structure.

If there is a group that manages multiple subsidiaries, and the subsidiary data needs to be presented at the group level with data and business process coordination, it should belong to the same team.

If two organizations do not have interrelated businesses and do not need collaboration, they can be isolated through teams. Teams can also be database-isolated through the system parameter configuration system.companyDbIndex in Parameter Configuration.

Overview

Team management allows administrators to create teams, search team lists, view team information, add team members, update team licenses, set team strict authorization control, and other functions.

Create Team

Administrators can create teams through licenses.

Search Team List

You can search for teams to operate on by team ID or team name.

Team Operations

Right-click on the searched team to perform operations:

  • View team information
  • View team member list
  • View team application list
  • Add new members
  • Batch import new members
  • Add existing members to the team
  • Update team license
  • Strict permission control
