Access from Other Applications
In some large systems, there are modules for basic data. To ensure data consistency and accuracy, these modules are not built separately in every application. To solve this type of problem, the system allows data modules in an application to be referenced by other applications.
Allow Access from Other Applications
When a data table is referenced by other applications, you can control whether other applications can operate on the data in the data table through settings:
- Allow adding data
- Allow updating data
- Allow deleting data
Reference from Other Applications
Enable Data Table Access for Other Applications

Notes
The data table identifier needs to be consistent with the referenced data table identifier, and the module identifier cannot be edited after creation.
